I am Roya Ammari, 28, a former mechanical engineering student in Iran, and currently a jewelry design student at IED Rome.
While attending a goldsmithing academy in Tehran, I was introduced to the world of jewelry design and sought to develop technical skills, such as the art of fire enameling. I am particularly interested in CAD applications and designing based on storytelling and personal experiences. I draw inspiration from the organic world and natural forms. This year, I won a competition for the brand Teilor, and I hope to continue my career as a designer after graduation.
