Inspired by dragonfly wings, the piece imagines insect anatomy emerging from the human face, transform the wearer into an other-worldly creature. I combined 3D-printed plant-based resin with iridescent materials that change colour under different lighting conditions, referencing the reflective qualities of insect anatomy.
