All gemstones used in the design are found in or historically linked to the regions of Luxor and Aswan , replacing diamonds with local materials. Carnelian represents the wheat and the lotus flower, symbolizing life, growth, and renewal in Upper Egypt. Quartz is used for the Grey Heron and the Nile River, expressing clarity, flow, and the life-giving energy of water. Moonstone is chosen for the heron’s wing, reflecting softness, air, and gentle movement rather than sharp brilliance.
