La Danseuse follows a continuous gesture: a ribbon of diamond-set white gold twists into a knot, loosens to wrap around an aquamarine, then gathers once more before unravelling into a cascade of pearls. The piece moves between tension and release, structure and abandon, as though caught somewhere in the middle of a dance.
